Once a student takes admissions in Aplomb after thorough scrutiny of the program he is intended in to take admission, institute credentials and worth and after going through a one to one counselling session with a counsellor and submit his written consent in form of Agreement and Affidavit that states and clarifies his intentions on the grounds of satisfaction with the course content, institute worth and market value of the program in terms of its accreditation and industry value in public and private sector. If he backs out from his decision due to whatsoever reason may be, Aplomb will not refund the fee at any cost. Even Aplomb stands in a position to claim the rest of the fee / remaining fee if still pending at students's side in the court of law.
We, generally do not provide a refund. Hence, all payments will be final, unless otherwise mentioned on certain written agreements. However, if you feel that you have a valid reason for a refund, (Student termed as Not Eligible (N/E) or in case of His Death and even if student's form is not yet processed , in such case we will assist to the maximum extent. Any refund, if eligible, will be processed within a month period of receiving a refund/cancellation request.
